Ordering
1. Selecting items
In online shop, all the categories are listed on the page. As you browse through the categories you will see all the styles displayed in the main body. You can also or use our GO button on the top right side to discover the exact item you are looking for.
By clicking on a particular style you will see the details of that style including the image, price, color and description. To see an enlarged picture, simply hover your mouse over the image. To add the item to your shopping basket, simply click on ADD TO CART. Keep browsing and adding items in this way.
2. Your Shopping Cart
You can review your items at any time by clicking on shopping cart. You can delete styles and change quantities as necessary. To amend the quantity simply select a new quantity amount, the order amount will adjust automatically.
To delete an item, click on remove. To continue shopping simply click on ‘continue shopping’ button.
3. Checkout
Once you are happy with your order, click on CHECKOUT. All shipping costs will be added for you to review. To continue, enter your details in the following sections:
Contact details
Please ensure your email address and your phone number is correct as they are used if we need to contact you about your order.
Billing address
Please ensure you fill out all mandatory fields.
Shipping address
Please only place a Company Name in the company name field and not general address details.
Payment information
We Pay Pal Payment only.
Once you have completed all fields, please click on the ‘continue checkout’ button. You will then be shown all your order details for you to review and confirm. If you are happy your details are correct, click on the ‘place your order’ button. Your credit account will then be debited.
When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. If there are any problems with your order please email us at info@naomilevi.com or contact us on 0422 707 337.
Shipping/Delivery
Delivery within Australia
We endeavor to have all Australia deliveries arrive within 5-7 working days. Due to the high demand during busy sale periods, we will aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days.
Australia Post
In Australia we use Australia Post Registered post. This provides an ability to track your order through the Australia Post website.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from the Naomi Levi Online boutique a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address.
Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within Australia Post's system.

International Delivery Charges
New Zealand - $24.95 (allow 3 working days)
Rest of the World - $49.95 (allow 5 working days)
Returns & Replacements
If a product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a refund, credit note, repair or exchange, provided that the product is returned to Naomi Levi within 14 days with proof of purchase,
Please note returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase.

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Naomi Levi will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.
